I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms that provided a lovely view of the festive decorations outside. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a short walk to Central Park and Times Square. However, I faced some issues with the service, particularly from the front desk staff, which was a letdown. Additionally, the dining options were quite limited and on the pricier side.

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from Times Square and Central Park, and the rooms were modern and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, which was a major plus. However, I found the rooms to be a bit plain for the price we paid. The breakfast options were a bit limited as well, which could definitely use some improvement.
